People may think it’s overrated. People may think it’s ridiculous to treat love as a holiday. But is it? Valentines isn’t just about couples loving each other but LOVING your family, friends, pets, classmates, and everyone whom may be important to you. Remember when we were kids? When we use to pass out candy to each of our lovely classmates to show our appreciation? That is the Valentines I know. And despite the fact that Valentines have evolved to a whole different level, let’s not forget about the people who are fighting for us, people who don’t have a home, and the people who have been there for you from the very start. These people are precious and maybe even a smile, a hug, or a compliment will change their life or remember how important they are to us as we are to them. It will leave a great remark they’ll definitely remember. So it’s not all about enticing and fervently loving your significant other but to embrace your kindness to remind others, “You are loved.”
That’s my kind of Valentine.
